At Queenston Tire we take the safety of our customers and employees very seriously.
Please respect the following procedures that we have put in place for everyone’s safety. Thank you.
Please do not enter our office if any of the following apply to you.
1. You are feeling sick including fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat or shortness of breath.
2. You have travelled outside Canada in the past 14 days
3. You have come in close contact to someone with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19
If you have an appointment, we will be glad to reschedule you when you have been cleared.
If you have questions or need pricing, please call us at 905-688-3232 and we will be happy to help you.
If you are coming in for an appointment please check in with us at the front counter so we can mark our system that you have arrived. At that time, it’s best to wait outside (weather permitting) or in your vehicle and we will let you know when your vehicle needs to be brought into the bay and then you are welcome to stay in the office as long as there are not more than 3 customers already waiting.
For your safety, we will ask you to drive your vehicle into our bay and guide you in.
You can then wait outside or stay in the office if there are not more than 3 other customers inside due to our space limitations and to maintain a 6 foot distance between everyone.
We are limiting the amount of appointments we are taking each day so we can have a minimal amount of customers at our shop at one time so that everyone can keep the 6 feet distance as outlined by health professionals.
If you drop in to make an appointment, get a price quote, ask any other questions or to see if we can service your vehicle within a short wait period, please feel free to do so. We are always glad to help.
PLEASE maintain a 6 foot distance between yourself and other customers in our office and with our staff.
Our office has hand sanitizer so feel free to use it.
We are continually wiping down the debit/credit card machine after every use and trying to wipe down door handles and our counter as often as possible.
Our techs wear nitril gloves and they will not be touching any part of your vehicle that you may come in contact with.
Please be aware that by adding all the extra precautions, work will take a little longer than normal.
We appreciate and thank your for your co-operation and to date we have been able to run very efficiently even at a reduced amount of work flow.
